At the end of your 6 week block, you’ll have the opportunity to book onto the next course. Each block varies slightly to keep things fresh and progressively build on your skills.

If you are already on a course you will be offered priority rebooking. We also encourage you to continue practicing Pilates at home and to apply the principles and cues you’ve learned into your daily life for lasting benefits.

Yes you are welcome to bring your baby along to the classes in their car seat or place them out to lay on the soft flooring (please bring your own mat/blanket).
