The focus is on maintaining strength—particularly in the core and pelvic floor—while improving posture, flexibility, and breathing, as well as encouraging relaxation.
This class helps you stay active safely throughout pregnancy and can support the management of common pregnancy-related discomforts such as pelvic girdle pain, symphysis pubis dysfunction, lower back pain, and sciatica. It also offers a welcoming and friendly environment to connect with other expectant mothers.
