The Pilates programme will begin at a low level and progress gradually based on your individual fitness level. You may stop at any time if you feel discomfort, pain, or fatigue. While Pilates is generally safe, as with any physical activity, there are inherent risks. These may include—but are not limited to—muscle soreness, dizziness, fainting, abnormal blood pressure, or in rare cases, serious medical events such as heart attack or stroke. Every reasonable effort will be made to minimise these risks through careful screening and professional guidance. Instructors are trained in CPR/first aid, and emergency procedures are in place.
