Post Natal Pilates is a safe, low-impact class designed to support recovery after pregnancy and childbirth.
The focus is on improving core stability, strengthening the pelvic floor, enhancing posture, and increasing flexibility. It also helps with a gradual return to normal daily activities or sport, while supporting recovery from common post natal conditions such as abdominal separation, back or pelvic pain, and mild incontinence.
This class provides a welcoming and supportive environment for new mums. Babies are welcome; however, you remain responsible for supervising them at all times. Please note the studio is accessible by stairs only, so we kindly ask that you bring your baby in a car seat or carrier, as there is no space to store prams.
