Post Natal Pilates is a safe and effective form of low impact exercise ideal for new mums which is tailored considering the physiological changes the body undergoes during pregnancy and labour.
The aims of Post Natal Pilates are to improve core stability, pelvic floor control, posture and flexibility.
There is a social aspect of meeting other local new mums to help form a support network and allowing your baby to interact with others and the world around them.
Post Natal Pilates helps people to reduce their symptoms of mild prolapse and incontinence, improve abdominal separation, mange back and pelvic pain, return to their normal activities or sports.
You are welcome to bring your baby to class, but please note that it is your responsibility to supervise them at all times. The studio has stair access only, so we kindly ask that you bring your baby in a car seat or baby carrier, as unfortunately, there is no space to store prams.
