Pilates is a safe and effective form of low impact exercise focused on controlled movement and breathing.
The aim is to improve posture, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, breathing efficiency, mind and body awareness.
This class is specifically designed for older adults, offering appropriate and accessible exercises to help you stay active, healthy, and independent to help reduce the risk of falls, support the management of long-term health conditions and joint pain, and aid rehabilitation following injury or surgery. Class sizes are limited to 12 people to allow for individual support, and exercises are closely supervised.
