Pilates is a safe and effective form of low impact exercise focused on controlled movement and breathing.
The aim is to improve is to improve posture, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, breathing efficiency, mind and body awareness.
This class offers a variety of exercise levels to suit all abilities. Class sizes are limited to 14 people, allowing the instructor to provide tailored guidance and progression options. Exercises are closely supervised to ensure correct technique.
