Pilates is a safe and effective form of low impact exercise focused on controlled movement and breathing.
The aim is to improve posture, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, breathing efficiency, mind and body awareness.
This class builds on beginner-level Pilates, introducing new exercises, progressions, and equipment. Class sizes are limited to 14 people, with exercises tailored and closely supervised to ensure correct technique.
