Pilates is a safe and effective form of low impact exercise focused on controlled movement and breathing.
The aim is to improve posture, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, breathing efficiency, mind and body awareness.
This signature class combines both Mat and Reformer Pilates in one dynamic session, allowing you to experience the benefits of both approaches. You will develop control and technique on the Mat, then build strength on the Reformer, working on a movable carriage with spring resistance to challenge stability. Class sizes are limited to 6 people, allowing for individual guidance and tailored progressions or regressions. Exercises are closely supervised to ensure correct technique.
