Pilates is a safe and effective form of low impact exercise focused on controlled movement and breathing.
The aim is to improve posture, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, breathing efficiency, mind and body awareness.
This class introduces the fundamentals of Pilates at a manageable level, making it ideal for those new to exercise or returning after a break. It can also support injury rehabilitation and management of long-term conditions. Class sizes are limited to 14 people to allow for individual support, and exercises are closely supervised.
