Pilates is a safe and effective low-impact form of exercise combining breathing with flowing movement.
The aim is to improve posture, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, breathing efficiency, and mind-body awareness.
This class introduces the fundamentals of Pilates at a manageable level, making it ideal for those new to exercise or returning after a break. It can also support rehabilitation and management of long-term conditions. Class sizes are limited to 14 people to allow for individual support, and exercises are closely supervised.
